All items ordered through our website are delivered via Standard Ground Shpping. For other methods of shipping, please call us with your name and order information. Order by 4:00 pm EST Monday-Friday and all in-stock, non-embroidered items will ship out the same day.  Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday.  Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. Sorry, no weekend delivery is available.

If an item is out of stock, we will inform you of the expected ship date.  If an item becomes discontinued for untold circumstances, we will inform you.  Items ordered together are not always shipped together (backorders are shipped separately at no extra charge).  Your credit card will not be charged until your requested items have shipped.   

For Example: If you placed an order for two items, and one is on backorder, you will be charged only for the item that shipped and your shipping cost.  Once your backordered item is in stock, you will only be charged for that item upon shipment.  No additional shipping charges will be added to your order.

Please note that the following map is only an estimate of shipping times given to us by our shipping carrier.  Actual delivery times may vary.

When necessary, select items may be shipped separately, direct from the manufacturer. If multiple items are ordered, it is possible that you will receive more than one shipment. Sorry, monogramming is not available on direct ship.
