We hope you will be pleased with the items you select. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly return any items in original condition within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any worn, washed, altered, or monogrammed items. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable. Return postage must be pre-paid. COD's on return shipments cannot be accepted. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return. Exchanges are shipped standard ground providing that the item is still available.

REFUNDS :
 

All our products are guaranteed against defects in quality and workmanship!

If item is returned in new condition within 30 days, with proof of purchase (i.e., your packing slip) and the item(s) have not been worn, washed or embroidered, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the product. If you do not have a packing slip or original order number, call us at 1-800-584-8075 and we will search for your order information. We process all returns immediately upon receipt of the item(s). Depending on the method you use to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return. If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit will be posted to your credit card account the day we process your return.
